How to measure For the most accurate results, take measurements over your underwear or close-fitting apparel. Take the measurements twice to ensure accuracy. Use a flexible tape measure and always keep it horizontal.

CHEST Relax arms at your side. Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.

WAIST To measure the circumference place the measuring tape approximately at the base of your rib cage. Usually this is the narrowest part of your torso and it is often located at or above your belly button. Stand up straight and breathe normally.

HIPS Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest point of the hip, keeping the tape measure horizontal.

Use the measurements below to determine your size.

Our TEMPO Jerseys are a more relaxed fit (Club Cut). Our PODIUM Jerseys provide a Race Fit (Aero). If you think you're in between sizes, we normally suggest to choose one size up.

If you're on the borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit.

If your measurements for chest and waist correspond to two different suggested sizes, order the size indicated by your chest measurement.
